Bel Brands US is a collective of brands driven to make food better. Multiple partnered with Bel Brands to design and deliver a strategic proof of concept for its 2024 All In leadership event — aligning leaders around a clear narrative, shared priorities, and a renewed sense of momentum. Hosted offsite in Chicago, the experience unified the U.S. organization at a critical inflection point, translating strategy into belief, direction, and actionable commitment.
Our role was to translate Bel’s business priorities into an immersive, scalable experience system. We developed two distinct proof-of-concept directions that used environment, motion, messaging, and interaction to reinforce a unifying narrative — one that connected people to Bel’s history, while signaling what comes next.
Rather than designing a one-day event, we approached the work as a reusable platform. Concepts were intentionally built to extend beyond the event, with elements adaptable for Bel’s Chicago offices and future internal communications. From environmental graphics and digital signage to presentation frameworks, experiential moments, and follow-up tools, each touchpoint worked together to create a cohesive and meaningful experience.
Working closely with Bel’s internal teams, venue partners, and production partners, we ensured ideas were both ambitious and executable within the event timeline. The result was a strategically grounded experience that aligned teams, energized leadership, and set a clear tone for the year ahead.
Continued engagement
Beyond the event itself, the experience was designed to sustain engagement and share progress against internal goals through the All In theme. Flexible content modules, visual systems, and storytelling frameworks gave Bel tools to reinforce priorities, celebrate progress, and maintain momentum throughout the year. This allowed leadership to consistently communicate updates, highlight wins, and strengthen a sense of collective ownership, keeping employees informed, motivated, and fully All In on what mattered most.
While at the event, we engaged a wide variety of team members to create video assets that could be shared throughout the year, reinforcing and informing their U.S. team through internal channels.
