Experience: 2+ years post-college experience full-time at a design firm (or equivalent)

We are looking for a Full-time Designer who will thrive in a dynamic, challenging and highly creative environment. Individuals in this role will be responsible for driving creative solutions in all facets of brand communication design.

The position requires experience in brand development, print, digital and physical design, project management, relationship and consensus-building skills, and a proven ability to think strategically in a variety of complex and evolving market sectors.

The successful candidate will be a professional with a proven track record, a driven self-starter, a problem solver, and someone who is passionate about creating remarkable brand experiences. As a Designer, the candidate will be responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions to completion, from strategic planning through execution to launch.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Creative Directors to elevate creative solutions based on goals, objectives, and expectations.
  • Developing concepts, strategies, and solutions that align with overall company goals, objectives, and expectations.
  • Ability to work within a team focussed on strategic, analytic, and critical thinking skills, combined with an ability to adjust course based on data/research findings.
  • Providing strong written/verbal communication skills in presenting concepts and strategies to senior-level leadership.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a designer capacity. Prior strategy/management experience is a bonus.
  • Experience working with web development teams through design concepts.
  • Experience working with one or more designers.
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software with emphasis in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UX and web design.
  • Proficiency in Mac platform
