Purposeful continuity.
Bel Brands USA is a house of brands committed to pioneering delicious and purposeful snacks. Multiple was asked to reinforce and build upon the experience of the 2024 event as a catalyst for continued alignment, momentum, and evolution for the 2025 All In strategy summit. Held offsite in Chicago, the event brought the U.S. organization together at a pivotal moment, requiring more than logistics: it needed clarity, belief, and shared direction.
The project began with concept development, where we created two creative directions for the theme, exploring opportunities across the event space and digital platforms. The directions emphasized an immersive environment designed to highlight Bel’s sustainability initiatives and purpose-driven mission — focusing on joy, goodness, and the future. Experiential elements such as interactive “trees” educated attendees on food waste, portion control, regenerative agriculture, economic and community impact, and the future of food, engaging the team in meaningful ways.
Once the theme was approved, we brought it to life across every touchpoint of the offsite. This included physical and digital signage, video and motion graphics, custom presentations, and event materials such as notebooks, lanyards, and stickers. Invitations, follow-up surveys, and thank-you communications reinforced the message. The result was a fully immersive, on-brand environment that energized the team, educated and inspired attendees about Bel’s purpose and sustainability initiatives, and encouraged engagement and recruitment toward a shared commitment to Purposeful Snacking.
