Scienture, LLC, a subsidiary of Scienture Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCNX), is a New York–based pharmaceutical company with a diverse pipeline and strategic capabilities across R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and commercial operations. Multiple led Scienture’s executive team through a strategic brand development — conducting planning, research, discovery, brand positioning, and visual strategy — and executed initiatives to establish a new baseline for future brand and marketing efforts.

Project Planning, Research, and Discovery

Multiple kicked off their engagement with the Scienture Inc. team by reviewing business objectives, vision, and measurable outcomes, followed by the creation of a detailed project plan and schedule for brand refinement. Stakeholder interviews were performed, and audits were conducted on Scienture’s current brand messaging, visual language, and competitive landscape. Audience personas were defined, and the current website was assessed to document its structure, evaluate content, determine desired user experiences and journeys, review analytics and SEO, and gather technical and administrative information that would allow us to customize a solution that aligned with their needs. Findings were then summarized and presented to leadership for consensus and approval.

Brand Positioning and Visual Strategy

We solidified Scienture’s goals, objectives, and brand vision, developed initial positioning and messaging to define the company’s voice. We created proof-of-concept materials that demonstrate the applied communication strategy and visual language, including a website, a capabilities presentation for Scienture LLC, and a presentation for Scienture Holdings. The overall brand expression was finalized to serve as a guideline for all subsequent communications, program deliverables, and future product launches.

Brand Execution

Upon the approval of the brand positioning and visual strategy, Multiple developed comprehensive brand guidelines, a refined visual identity system, and a fully updated website with aligned UI/UX, CMS configuration, NASDAQ ticker integration, and SEO optimization. Additionally, we delivered LinkedIn and email campaign templates, electronic corporate and VC presentation templates, and a capabilities brochure in both print and digital formats.
