Blue Valley Pediatric Dentistry doesn’t just care for kids — they create a space where children feel safe, understood, and excited about getting to the dentist. So when they approached Multiple Inc. for a new website, the goal was clear: build a digital experience that mirrored their in-office warmth while meeting the practical needs of busy parents. Many pediatric dental websites lean either too clinical or too cartoonish. Blue Valley needs something between modern but friendly and reassuring but professional. The experience had to feel personal, not templated, and make it easy for parents to quickly find the information they need, from services to scheduling.

We designed with empathy from the start, asking: How would a first-time parent feel landing on this site? How do we make them feel welcome, informed, and confident in their choice?

Visual identity and design system

Soft colors, approachable photography, and playful but minimal design touches strike the right tone — welcoming but not overwhelming. Content was organized content to reflect a parent’s journey, from learning about the practice and team to understanding services and easily booking an appointment.

Mobile-first experience

Knowing most parents browse on the go, we prioritized speed, clarity, and intuitive navigation across all devices.

The new site positioned Blue Valley as a trusted expert and caring partner for families. It translated their real-world warmth into a digital presence that’s easy to navigate, visually engaging, and built for action.

That thoughtful approach paid off: the project was honored with a Web Excellence Award, celebrating its effectiveness in design, user experience, and brand alignment.

For Multiple Inc., it’s another example of how strategy, design, technology, and storytelling come together to support meaningful human connections even online.
