With more than 23,000 students across two campuses in Chicago, DePaul University is the 13th largest private university and the largest Catholic university in the United States. DePaul University serves a diverse population, attracting students from around the world, and focuses heavily on teaching through small class sizes and a low student-to-faculty ratio, while emphasizing service and social justice in its Chicago setting.

 

Across multiple years and initiatives, we partnered with DePaul to build a flexible, insight-driven brand and digital ecosystem. Our strategic work clarified audience needs, shaped message hierarchy, and guided how data, stories, and communications should align with the university’s brand. Through design, we created a scalable visual design system that reinforces DePaul’s brand across enrollment data visualization, graduate recruitment campaigns, school-specific storytelling, and campus visit materials. Our branding support ensured consistency in voice, tone, and visual expression as new initiatives, audiences, and platforms emerged.

 

On the technology side, we developed CMS-powered digital tools that make complex information intuitive to navigate and simple for internal teams to update. We also extend this work to large-scale communication infrastructures, integrating CRM platforms and marketing automation. Together, these capabilities create a cohesive, modern experience that strengthens DePaul’s brand, deepens engagement, and delivers the strategic, creative, and technical foundation needed to support long-term enrollment and communication goals.
