Designing smarter ways to access vital information.

Sedgwick looked to us to improve the experience for all of its website visitors, especially those seeking vital claims information. Multiple strategized, designed, and developed the Sedgwick website based on the approved functionality and site architecture determined during the website audit.

We used an iterative approach to assess Sedgwick’s content strategy and digital ecosystem, organize existing and desired content, and align required functionality with the new site’s vision and goals. We crafted a distinctive digital brand that conveys the essence of Sedgwick’s Caring Counts positioning.
