We seek a talented and motivated Designer to join our dynamic team at Multiple Inc. You will be vital in supporting our design and development teams by producing high-quality design files and contributing to various UI/UX projects. The position requires experience in brand development, print, digital and physical design, project management, relationship and consensus-building skills, and a proven ability to think strategically in various complex and evolving market sectors.
You must be a driven self-starter, a problem solver, and passionate about creating remarkable brand experiences. As a designer, the candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing solutions to completion, from strategic planning through execution to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the design team to ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs.
- Developing concepts, strategies, and solutions aligning with company goals, objectives, and expectations.
- Providing strong written/verbal communication skills in presenting concepts and strategies to senior-level leadership.
- Assist senior designers in creating and refining design concepts and prepare design files and assets for client presentations and reviews.
- Partner with the internal development team to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional interfaces.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for various projects and knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
Qualifications:
- Chicago-based, hybrid role
- 1-2 years of experience in a designer capacity.
- Experience working with web development teams through design concepts.
- Experience working with one or more designers.
- Experience managing external vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software with emphasis in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
- Comprehensive knowledge of UX and web design.
- Proficiency in Mac platform
- Strong digital portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
