A digital foundation for a global network.

As CVU embarked on a comprehensive rebrand, Multiple transformed their aging web stack into a streamlined, future-ready digital platform — aligning technology, content, and user experience under a single, scalable framework.

Audit and Alignment

CVU’s digital ecosystem had evolved into a fragmented, legacy-heavy environment composed of multiple microsites, overlapping platforms, and inconsistent governance. We conducted a comprehensive audit of content architecture, technical dependencies, CMS structures, analytics, and user journeys to identify redundancies and operational inefficiencies. This phase established alignment around priorities and defined the roadmap for consolidation.

Visual Brand

With the organization’s rebrand underway, we translated the new identity into a digital-first visual language. This included defining typography systems, color application, layout principles, motion behavior, and modular components to ensure consistency across chapters, conferences, and member communications. The goal was to express authority, clarity, and verticality within a scalable digital system.

Architecture and System Design

Multiple defined a unified digital architecture to replace the legacy ecosystem. This included platform strategy, CMS structure, navigation realignment, and content updates designed to consolidate microsites and support multiple layers of site engagement. The system was built to enable flexibility without sacrificing structural integrity.

Implementation

The platform was rebuilt from the ground up, migrating and rationalizing content, configuring the CMS, integrating backend systems, and operationalizing the new design system across templates and modules. Components were developed for customization, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Site Launch

The new platform launched as a cohesive digital foundation aligned with CVU’s broader transformation. More than a redesigned website, it delivered a unified system capable of supporting a global network, advancing thought leadership, and reinforcing the organization’s authority in vertical urbanism.

“We couldn’t launch a new name and identity with the same old website. Multiple understood that the site had to be more than a quick fix — it needed to be a true extension of the rebrand. Their deep understanding of our organization created continuity across projects, resulting in a better process, a stronger product, and more meaningful connections with our constituents.”
