Essex Realty Group looked to us to help them evolve their overall branding and communication to better reflect the company’s culture and the experience it offers to both internal and external audiences.
Following an extensive audit, we worked to develop and implement a new corporate identity and rolled out new brand positioning and messaging built around a clearly defined set of attributes and a carefully crafted strategy.
Over a period of approximately twelve months, we developed a wide range of brand communication assets including video, printed and digital collateral, a website driven by the company’s internal property management database, and a template system designed to help brokers better control the flow of information.
