Sedgwick looked to us to improve the experience for all of their website visitors, especially those who need to find vital claims information. Multiple strategized, designed, and developed the Sedgwick website based on the approved functionality and site architecture determined during the website audit.
We worked through an iterative process to understand Sedgwick's content strategy and digital ecosystem, organize initial / desired content, and map the desired functionality to the vision and goals of the new site. We designed a unique, digital brand expression that simultaneously captures and communicates the overall Sedgwick Caring Counts brand positioning.
Multiple crafted the concept / visual strategy, navigation structure, site organization, layout, UI, UX, responsive mobile grid, infographics, and content flow. Our team managed all the front-end experiences, back-end systems, CMS integration, testing, launch, and ongoing support and maintenance.
