With the new opportunity, Sedgwick sought to bring fresh, bold thinking to build upon the core messaging in an engaging, heartfelt, and memorable way. Two scripts were developed and presented with an immediate positive reaction. We then re-presented, featuring the classic 1972 song “Lean on Me” by Bill Withers. From the first note and paired with the script, it instantly made the heartfelt, familiar connection they were looking for.

On behalf of Sedgwick, we acquired a limited-time use of the original song for two broadcast TV spots. In collaboration with RA Imaging, an original-composed music option was also created so Sedgwick could use the spots after the agreement had expired.
